• For the Studio and 1 Bedroom, the rates are based on double occupancy. Extra guests: $15 each per night

10% discount from the daily rate if you stay 14 days or more.
15% discount from the daily rate if you stay 28 + days (for low and high seasons only).
20% discount from the daily rate if you stay 50 + days (for low season only).

* NOTE: No discounts during holiday bookings.

• A deposit of 1/3 the Rental Fee is required within 7 days of the date your reservation is made. The final balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
• $75 cleaning fee will be charged if your stay is less than 7 days.
